Client H: When I first started seeing Kate I was really nervous and shy, Kate instantly made me feel calm and relaxed with no judgement at all. Every session I felt more and more comfortable talking and understanding my thoughts and feelings. Kate has really helped me change my outlook on life and I can live every day less anxious and with strategies to help me overcome anxiety.
